JPLGroupUk Ltd offer a smart web-based bulky item, non-household waste/recyclable booking tool to allow property managers, FM providers, landlords and property management companies an easy way for tenants to book in the collection and disposal of bulky household waste such as furniture and electrical items.
This solution cuts down on illegal fly-tipping and the costs involved in the removal of fly-tipping, and allows tenants an outlet to get items picked up that they are unable to dispose of themselves.
The collection service partner for Pinnpoint is “JPLGroupUK Ltd”.

Once a booking is placed, and payment is made we are unable to cancel it, you may be able to change the collection day/time by contacting the collection service provider directly at pinnpoint@jpl.group
Unfortunately, if you do require a cancellation this is not refundable.
Arranging a collection is so quick and easy, simply go to the booking page and follow the steps, you can choose your category, such as “Bedroom Items”, choose the item you wish to have collected, such as “Double Mattress”, choose the collection operative, which will the nominated collection service partner for your location, you can then choose to have the item collected from your doorstep, or you can drop off the item/s to the designated drop off point ready for the collection service partner to collect.
Once you have selected the item/s to be collected, enter your name and address, choose your payment option and book it.
You will receive an email and SMS notification with details of your booking as well as login details so you can manage your booking online.
You can arrange to book in as many items as you need, once you get to step 4 of the booking process you have the option to “Book More” by clicking this your previous item is added to the cart allowing you to go through steps 1-3 again adding extra items.
The Pinnpoint designated drop off point is in the underground carpark.
It is located in the far right corner next to the Hampden House core 3 bin store which is no longer in use as a binstore.
The drop of point is signposted as such and is easy to find.
So if that was your chosen option, as soon as you have paid you are able to drop of the item on the day you requested collection.
Note: Anyone found to be dropping off items at the collection point without a prior paid for, and confirmed booking will be deemed as fly-tipping and the relevant penalty notice will be issued to the offender.
